Final Submission Checklist

Hi everyone,

As we get closer to the Arm AI Optimization Challenge submission deadline, we encourage you to focus on getting your projects submitted and avoid waiting until the last minute. Even if you are still making improvements, it is better to have a complete submission in place early and continue polishing it than to risk running into issues close to the deadline.

This is a good time to review your project against the submission requirements and make sure everything is easy for the judges to evaluate. Please confirm that your submitted repository is public, includes a valid license file, and has clear documentation explaining what the project does, how to run or test it, and what Arm platform or environment it targets. Your README or submission write-up should also make the optimization work clear: what changed, what improved, how you measured it, and why it matters for Arm-based AI workloads.

Beyond meeting the requirements, the strongest submissions will make the judges’ job easy. Include setup instructions, expected outputs, benchmark results or validation steps where relevant, screenshots or a short demo video if helpful, and any notes about dependencies, hardware, cloud instances, or test environments. Make sure your project shows not only that it runs on Arm, but how it improves performance, efficiency, developer experience, deployment, or another optimization goal you have defined.

Thank you again for all the work you are putting into your projects. We are excited to review the submissions and see the different ways you are optimizing AI on Arm.

Best,
